Food you need to avoid to prevent a high Triglyceride level

Here are some food that you need to avoid eating (or at least eat them rarely) to avoid getting a high triglyceride level. Most of the food you need to avoid are deep fried ones, but here are some that you normally eat without you being aware of it:
- Fried Dim Sim
- Croissant (chocolate, plain, etc)
- Butter
- Kentucky Fried Chicken
- Chips or French Fries
- Deep fried meat (chicken, ribs, etc)
- Roast Pork/Suckilng Pig
- BBQ Pork
- Pork Belly
- Other fried or fatty ones
