Triglyceride is in a nutshell, the amount of fat circulated in your blood. As you can imagine, if the amount of fat in the blood is high, there can be dangerous results coming out of it, such as:

  • Stroke
  • Heart disesases
  • Blood coagulation
Triglyceride is really bad because of this. And most of the time, it's unclear when you can feel the symptoms. The only way (at times) to find out about your triglyceride levels is to take a blood test to find it out.
